Dumplings with Easy Peanut Sauce


1 tbsp Sesame Oil

1 small head Cauliflower


1 package baked tofu (teriyaki style)

Teriyaki sauce

Green onion

1.5 cups shitake mushrooms

2 tsp miso paste

2 tsp minced Ginger

2 cups Bok Choy leaves

2 tbsp soy sauce

Dumpling wrap



Press tofu to get rid of water.. 15 min with a heavy pot on top covered with paper towels to collect liquid.

Slice tofu, marinade in teriyaki

Bake tofu at 375 for 15 min.

Heat skillet and add 1 tbsp sesame oil

Pull apart of head of cauliflower into small pieces, add to skillet

Add 3 tbsp of minced garlic

Add diced baked teriyaki tofu

Add 1 cup chopped green onion

Add 1.5 cups shitake mushrooms

Add 2 tsp miso paste

Add 2 tsp minced ginger

Add 2 cups Bok Choy leaves

Add 2 tbsp soy sauce

Cook 10 min (Until liquid cooks off)

Add to blender. PULSE 5ish times

Add small spoonful to each dumpling wrap

Close up dumpling using water around edges.

Heat dumplings on skillet with a little oil.. cook on each side.

Peanut sauce:

In a separate bowl, add 4tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tsp minced ginger, 4 tbsp peanut butter, mix around.
