Dill Salad Salmon Wraps
Makes 3 wraps when using large tortillas. Donata usually eats one with maybe a bit or two of the second one.
This is a flexible recipe. Nothing has to be exact. Just eye ball it.

1/2 pound salmon fillet cooked
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced celery
3 tbs dill (we have this)
3 tbs diced red onion
2 tbs capers
1 1/2 tbs olive oil
1-2 tbs balsamic vinegar glaze
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
3 flour tortillas (Large)
Mayo to spread on tortillas

Pan fry salmon, set aside
Assemble all diced up veggies in a bowl, add salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic glaze
Add mayo to tortilla, then shredded salmon, and top with salad mixture
