Bacon Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
Cheese slices
Premade 'bacon'
Syrup (for dip)
Optional: tofu or eggs from our chickens
INSTRUCTIONS
Make pancake batter
Cook/crisp bacon
Make two pancake, flip both. On one the cooked sides, add cheese & bacon (and egg/tofu if applicable), and add the other cooked pancake on top.
Serve with a side of syrup for dipping
