Bacon Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

    1. Pancakes

    2. Cheese slices

    3. Premade 'bacon'

    4. Syrup (for dip)

    5. Optional: tofu or eggs from our chickens

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Make pancake batter

  2. Cook/crisp bacon

  3. Make two pancake, flip both. On one the cooked sides, add cheese & bacon (and egg/tofu if applicable), and add the other cooked pancake on top.

  4. Serve with a side of syrup for dipping
